How do you help in-house lawyers to thrive?
Flex supports in-house lawyers to thrive through providing on-demand lawyers and paralegals. This allows senior in-house legal professionals to focus on the work that matters most. The Flex Trainee scheme also gives in-house lawyers the opportunity to recruit socially mobile SQE trainees, without any of the associated admin requirements. Lastly, through our Senior Counsel sessions, we provide in-house lawyers with a forum to connect with other in-house teams and to stay in the loop with any legal industry developments, such as the impact of AI.
